These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TERA — a Telegram Mini App that provides crypto wallet, swap, and trading services. By using TERA, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
To use TERA, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You confirm that you are not a resident of, or located in, a jurisdiction where the use of our services is prohibited, and that you are not subject to economic sanctions.
2. Account
Your TERA account is linked to your Telegram account. You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account secure and for all activity that takes place under your TERA account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact Support immediately.
3. Services
TERA may offer, among others: a custodial wallet interface, where TERA holds balances on its own addresses, deposits and withdrawals across supported networks, and in-app swaps between supported assets. Available features may vary over time and by jurisdiction, and some features may require KYC verification.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use TERA for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or interfere with its operation
- Use bots, scripts, or other automated means to interact with the service without our written permission
- Circumvent any security measures or content restrictions
- Misrepresent your identity or provide false KYC information
5. Fees
TERA may charge fees for certain transactions. Applicable fees are shown in the app before you confirm a transaction. Network fees charged by third-party blockchains are separate and outside our control.
6. Risk Disclosure
Crypto assets are volatile and high risk. Prices can rise or fall sharply, and you may lose the entire amount you commit to a transaction. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should not use funds you cannot afford to lose.
TERA does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. Nothing in the app constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.
7. Third-Party Content
The app may display third-party market data, links, or integrations. TERA does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, and your use of it is at your own risk.
8. Intellectual Property
The TERA name, logo, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TERA, its affiliates, and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Suspension and Termination
TERA may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, acted unlawfully, or created risk for us or other users. You may stop using the service at any time.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other reasonable means. Continued use of TERA after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TERA is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Where applicable mandatory consumer protection laws grant you stronger rights, those rights remain unaffected.
